Want to change your shipping address?
Sign in to your account, open a confirmed order for home delivery and select Update your address. You can update it within the same country until the shipping label is created. If the label has already been created, contact us and we’ll check whether we can still make the change.
What are the shipping times?
We ship in 24/48 working hours throughout Italy. For Europe, times are 3-5 working days.
Can I make a return?
Certainly! You have 14 days from receipt to make a free return if the product has not been used. However, returns are not available for customized products.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we make custom candles for events, weddings, and corporate gifts. Contact us for a quote!
Did my candle arrive broken?
We are very sorry! Write to us immediately sending a photo and we will send you a new one immediately.
